Everdry came out because our sump pump stopped working, but the backup they had previously installed had taken over. They replaced the pump and reset the battery on the backup. They were quick and professional, and even made friends with our dogs.

We recently added a battery backup system to the basement waterproofing that was done years ago. I'm very happy to now be covered for any unexpected power outages that may occur. The 24/7 system allows me to monitor the system thru their app even when we are away from home.

So they actually arrived early and were available ahead of schedule. They always came with a happy attitude and it was obvious that they made their work fun while still getting the job done. My foreman was knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. He showed me what steps they were at and when they were finishing for the day. Installing a sump pump into your house is certainly a daunting project, so being as informed as I was as the process was happening calmed my nerves a lot and help me feel more comfortable... read more
