I had the system installed a few years ago in 2018 and was recently having a problem with the battery backup, The technician that came to my house was very courteous and replaced the the pump with a new updated pump. I mentioned that there was gaps in the caulking along the back of the house and he was nice enough to take care of that as well!

Upon Adam's visit, he thoroughly inspected a previous basement and sump pump installation. All the while explaining exactly what was done in addition to answering our questions and concerns. Truly a professional of the highest ilk. Highly recommend Everdry and Adam for future projects.

They are the experts when you have water coming into the basement. If you have a problem, they come and inspect, and know how to fix it. When fixed, they clean up and everything looks like it did before.

We called EverDry waterproofing instantly yesterday due to having issues with our sump pump not working correctly.
