We purchased a home with systems installed by Everdry and continued the warranty. We recently had a pump running non stop and they helped us trouble shoot over the phone to make sure the backup was still working and then sent out a tech with a few days. He was polite, on time and got the work done quickly. He reviewed it with me and all repairs were covered under our warranty.

Weâ ve had the benefit of an Everdry basement for around 15 years. The sump pump float switch stopped working, and I called Everdry. They had Josh scheduled to come out the next afternoon. He arrived on time, and very quickly and efficiently assessed the issue, and replaced the whole pump and check valve too! He spent time to answer all my questions. I am very happy with the service from Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate NY.

I called for an annual inspection and to have my sump pump inspected. Josh came out to do the inspection and discovered that the pump was not working. He replaced the pump. I asked him to check to see if the spot on my wall was due to water damage. He said yes and scheduled a date and time for the men to repair the damage. Jeff, Will and Adam came out April 25,2022 to repair the system. They did a wonderful job. All four gentlemen were hard working, respectful, took great care not to damage any of my personal property. I purchased a home three years ago that had the Everdry system previously installed. While I cannot speak of installation and preliminary work, they sure have made me a happy customer. As a first time home buyer, the additional repair expenses and my overall lack of knowledge on a lot of things has grown to be quite stressful- but not with Everdry.
