I actually hired Everdry a few years ago to waterproof my basement and install a sump pump. They did a great job. I called them last fall because my backyard was becoming a marsh due to the output from the sump pump. They sent someone out a few days after I called to investigate the problem. He said they would extend the discharge pipe further away from the house. They sent a team out in early January but they couldn't complete the job because the yard was too wet. Communication frustrations but excellent work. The initial inspection was timely and thorough and the salesman took his time explaining the process to us. He did not, however, mention the use of the a third party plumbing company (something I realize is county-specific). Communication leading up to the work was poor; I was surprised when plumbers showed up at my house. I had to call Everdry to confirm when they would be coming and why a third party was involved. I had a new sump pump auxiliary battery installed this month...Josh arrived on time & was very efficient...he was gone in about 15 minutes... very satisfied...

Had an issue with one of my three sump pumps. The appointment was made with a two hour arrival window. I received a call from Josh that they were 45 minutes away. He and Chandler arrived on time , quickly diagnosed the problem and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. Josh explained everything and he and Chandler ran the pump several time so show me it was operating properly.
