We purchased a home with systems installed by Everdry and continued the warranty. We recently had a pump running non stop and they helped us trouble shoot over the phone to make sure the backup was still working and then sent out a tech with a few days. He was polite, on time and got the work done quickly. He reviewed it with me and all repairs were covered under our warranty.

We� ve had the benefit of an Everdry basement for around 15 years. The sump pump float switch stopped working, and I called Everdry. They had Josh scheduled to come out the next afternoon. He arrived on time, and very quickly and efficiently assessed the issue, and replaced the whole pump and check valve too! He spent time to answer all my questions. I am very happy with the service from Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate NY.
