The previous owners of our house installed EverDry when they renovated the property circa 2012. They strongly recommended we pick up the EverDry policy, and we are so very glad we did. Shortly after we bought in 2018, an EverDry technician came and explained all aspects of the system. He added that if there were ever a problem, all I needed to do was call. After noticing the pump the sump pump was making weird noises I called and the repair team came and repaired the problem quickly. I am very happy with Everdry's service.

I actually hired Everdry a few years ago to waterproof my basement and install a sump pump. They did a great job. I called them last fall because my backyard was becoming a marsh due to the output from the sump pump. They sent someone out a few days after I called to investigate the problem. He said they would extend the discharge pipe further away from the house. They sent a team out in early January but they couldn't complete the job because the yard was too wet.
