Been over 4 years since we had Everdry out to help with my mother's basement. Prior to having them come out every spring or heavy rain we'd have at least a foot of water in the basement. After our first meeting with the representative we were impressed with there professionalism and responviness . I had small water leak in my basement. I called and got a quick response with an appointment with Justin. He was very professional and explained the entire process to me indicating what he was putting on the walls and where the water was coming from. he also informed me that there would be a return visit to "clean" up the materials because they need to set. he returned today and my basement wall is completely smooth with the materials used. he was very punctual and professional. An alarm was triggered on our sump pump, and the service tech came promptly to check it out. Everdry waterproofed our basement several years ago, and they have always been very responsive and professional.

I called EverDry for a sump pump inspection and was able to get an appointment within a week. The gentleman that came was on time, professional and courteous. The tech inspected my sump pump and determined all was well and continue to inspect the rest of the work that had been done on my basement and everything remain solid. I appreciate their integrity and honesty and I would certainly recommend them.

My sub pump went out Anthony and Brandon came to replace it. Notice that there was a leak in the wall where it drained out. They went outside and actually dug up. Drain found the league that the pipe broke and repaired it for me very good job. Thank you, you guys.

Jason and Brandon fixed the problem after many failed attempts by other workers. I had water coming down this area on the wall, they did the crack injection and it worked. So glad they were the ones that came to my home that day!!! Thank you Jason and Brandon!!!!

Every person who came to our home especially the reps that came to our home like Kyle on 7/18/2024 to Clay NY are intelligent, polite and helpful. I don't usually get impressed, but these people go above and beyond...
