Brandon and the Everdry Waterproofing team were a pleasure to work with. They were communicative, responsive, kind, and addressed the issues.

I had small water leak in my basement. I called and got a quick response with an appointment with Justin. He was very professional and explained the entire process to me indicating what he was putting on the walls and where the water was coming from. he also informed me that there would be a return visit to "clean" up the materials because they need to set. he returned today and my basement wall is completely smooth with the materials used. he was very punctual and professional. An alarm was triggered on our sump pump, and the service tech came promptly to check it out. Everdry waterproofed our basement several years ago, and they have always been very responsive and professional.
Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. He and his crew of 1 made short work of the required task and left our yard if great order.
I called EverDry for a sump pump inspection and was able to get an appointment within a week. The gentleman that came was on time, professional and courteous. The tech inspected my sump pump and determined all was well and continue to inspect the rest of the work that had been done on my basement and everything remain solid. I appreciate their integrity and honesty and I would certainly recommend them.

Fast, professional, and no more water in basement
My sub pump went out Anthony and Brandon came to replace it. Notice that there was a leak in the wall where it drained out. They went outside and actually dug up. Drain found the league that the pipe broke and repaired it for me very good job. Thank you, you guys.
