Spring of 2021 we had major water in the basement. The house is 20 yrs old and the drainage system failed due to silt and tree roots. Major work was done to restore the drainage. The additional sump pump did fail and they were prompt in replacing it. This spring there was some water again in the basement and placed a service call. The service date was booked several months away, but when inspector Tavaris did arrive he identified the problems and scheduled the repair job. the worker was very courteous and prompt. i would recommend this company to others. there was a little confusion as to the battery we got. we were told that the technology would be upgraded, but it was not. at any rate, everdry is an excellent company.
