Customer service was great. The tech arrived early, was very friendly and answered all my questions. He installed a new EZ Breathe for our basement. He was done removing the old unit and putting in the new one in about half an hour. he also took the time to show me how the new one works. I felt very comfortable with the directions he gave me and we are already seeing the difference with the new unit...

I actually needed a full waterproofing including a sump pump. From Frank the inspector, Nate who installed the E-Z Breathe, Fred and his crew who did the labor/work to Emily who called every day that the project was being done made me feel like I was part of their family. They answered any question that I had during the installs along with easing my concerns about any of the plants that were near the house. I'm very pleased with the finished project!

Jason came to inspect the sub pumps to make sure they were running properly and noticed some cracks and set up an appointment to come back and fix them , with in the next week he was here filling in the cracks I have never had any problems with Everdry Waterproofing they're always friendly and will go the extra mile to get things done . Jason was very friendly , professional and did a wonderful job .

We had EverDry waterproof our basement at the end of September. So far we have been highly satisfied with the work that was done. Our basement has been 100% dry. We have a few cracks that we wanted taken care of. Nate arrived promptly at our house today (11/19) and took care of everything. He explained why there were cracks, which are normal.
