I had small water leak in my basement. I called and got a quick response with an appointment with Justin. He was very professional and explained the entire process to me indicating what he was putting on the walls and where the water was coming from. he also informed me that there would be a return visit to "clean" up the materials because they need to set. he returned today and my basement wall is completely smooth with the materials used. he was very punctual and professional.
