Josh does a great job with iron flushes to keep my basement dry. On time, professional, friendly . Cleans up after finished.

Miguel and Adam came on October 7 to reseal the outside wall under our deck. It was done years ago and needed to be redone. The work was difficult because they needed to crawl underneath the deck, but they did what needed to be done. The wall was neatly covered and stones were carefully laid. They set up a backup pump and were careful to do a good job. Miguel explained to me how to set up the ?Purple Pump Spy? and was patient and genuinely concerned that I understand how it worked. When we purchased our home, we were pleasantly surprised to find a great waterproofing system installed in our basement by a previous owner. We maintained the service agreement renewable warranty, which could be a lifesaver financially speaking. Just this week, we had Josh from Everdry Waterproofing service our system for an annoying noise we were hearing from one of our sump pump. Very pleased with Everdry. Our foreman was Richard and he was very proactive about letting us know what they did each day. I was particularly happy about how they would create a plastic barrier every day to prevent the dust from coming into the house, but they would take it down at the end of the day and clean up so we didn't feel like we were living under construction. Now that the work is over, the basement feels a lot drier and you can definitely smell the difference.

I've only had it for a week but I can already notice a difference no more musty basement smell and it looks great the new sub pump works like a charm .

We called EverDry to inquire about a basement ventilation system called EZ Breathe. Each and every employee we dealt with were highly informative, friendly and professional. First, Mike came to our house to inspect the basement and surrounding area outside. He explained how the EZ Breathe System works and we ordered the system. Everdry waterproofed our basement years ago and we have been very pleased with the results. We called Everdry recently to come and look at an area in the basement where we noticed water on the floor after a heavy rain. Miguel came and made the necessary adjustments to fix the problem. He came during the time he was scheduled to come, he explained what he would do, was efficient in completing the work and showed me the area upon completion. We have been very pleased with the company's attention to customer satisfaction.
