Everdry was excellent from the first phone call. they honored the warranty from a previous owner did the assessment and work in a timely matter. Miguel was so nice!
Josh was very polite, he explained everything to me that had to be done, and did what he was supposed to do in a quick amount of time!! He was very helpful and extremely courteous.
I called Everdry under our warranty to come and fix an issue with my front porch. They were prompt and very friendly. Great customer service. I would recommend them for all of your waterproofing needs.
Everdry has been an amazing company to work with, the customer service has been beyond excellent from the very first phone call. (They were the only company that answered their phone when I was reaching out to various companies in the beginning, by the way!). Miguel who came out to do the job was great. His customer service skills was great. He did a awesome job on the work itself and cleaning after. The only complaint I do have is not receiving the pictures of the job that was shown to me.

Great initial meeting. 1st phase of project completed second scheduled.
The company did the work 4 years ago and it has gone well. We have a very wet basement and the problem 99% gone and when a minor issue pops up they are very responsive and fix the issue. They had to come out twice last week and showed up the day I called. The first time they fixed a switch on a back up sump pump and the second time was to fix and issue cause by another plumber. Josh, who came to our home, was a great help.
They are professional and responsive. They take helping you To the next level. The technician that we saw Josh, said that itâ s like having a marriage with them because once you pay the annual contract fee they will fix water problems. I love these guys!
