Miguel who came out to do the job was great. His customer service skills was great. He did a awesome job on the work itself and cleaning after. The only complaint I do have is not receiving the pictures of the job that was shown to me.

The company did the work 4 years ago and it has gone well. We have a very wet basement and the problem 99% gone and when a minor issue pops up they are very responsive and fix the issue. They had to come out twice last week and showed up the day I called. The first time they fixed a switch on a back up sump pump and the second time was to fix and issue cause by another plumber. Josh, who came to our home, was a great help.

As Everdry had waterproofed my basement and installed a new sump pump I called them when my sump pump was running constantly and sounded terrible. They were very polite and helpful telling me a tech would be coming that afternoon to take care of it. He would even call me when he was on his way. Sure enough Gerry called me saying he was on his way and was there promptly. He went in the basement and within a matter of minutes he replaced a defective part and showed me what it was. Everdry was extremely helpful in every way. When they came to do the quote, they were very thorough in their inspection and explanation of the work and cost. The crew that did the work was outstanding. They worked so hard every day. The foreman kept us updated on progress every step of the way. The crew was also extremely friendly. I was very comfortable having them in my house. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the incredible job they did.
