I want to thank Josh and Emily for fixing the issue i had wth the main sump pump switch, which needed to be replaced. Emily took detailed info from me over the phone and made sure to schedule a tech visit . Josh came on time, replaced the switch (pump float) and answered all my questions regarding the system. I am overall pleased with the work that was done replace my drain tile in my basement. I am however not pleased with the pumps what have been used. I have had the pumps replaced twice now because they failed to work and my basement flooded. I didn't loose a lot of but the inconvenience to find inches of water and to just not have the pumps go off is frustrating. From what i am told the pumps they use now are better. We shall see.
