I've only had it for a week but I can already notice a difference no more musty basement smell and it looks great the new sub pump works like a charm .

We called EverDry to inquire about a basement ventilation system called EZ Breathe. Each and every employee we dealt with were highly informative, friendly and professional. First, Mike came to our house to inspect the basement and surrounding area outside. He explained how the EZ Breathe System works and we ordered the system. Everdry waterproofed our basement years ago and we have been very pleased with the results. We called Everdry recently to come and look at an area in the basement where we noticed water on the floor after a heavy rain. Miguel came and made the necessary adjustments to fix the problem. He came during the time he was scheduled to come, he explained what he would do, was efficient in completing the work and showed me the area upon completion. We have been very pleased with the company's attention to customer satisfaction.

Josh was really friendly and courteous, he went right down to take care of the problem and knew exactly what the problem was. He switched out the issues for me and even made sure everything else was set and up to date.

My sump pump was not working properly, Miguel was very professional and courteous. he came in and replaced the float and then checked the pump and the back up pump.

True to their word. Came out when called after this recent flooding. My basement stayed dry and everything worked like a charm. I called to have them just extend the pipe further away from the house and they responded immediately and fixed my issue as they stated they would when they were giving me an estimate and trying to get me to say yes to having the work done. I couldnâ� � t be happier with this company and their workers. They take pride in what they do and really want to please the customer.
