Adam was the tech who came out our he was very knowable, clean and fixed our issue fast. I called on a Friday later in the afternoon and they has a tech at your house by Saturday morning. Everydry Waterproofing is a very reliable company and truly cares about there customers. Macedon NY - gs

I had my basement waterproofed by Everdry a few years ago and have been happy with the work. They continue to provide service for sump pump repairs and replacement free of charge. Most recently, my technician, Jerry, was at my house to replace the float for my sump pump. He was respectful and completed the work quickly and without making a mess. Very happy I chose Everdry!

They were very courteous and helpful. Adam explained everything he was going to do and showed me pictures. I had some bottles in the basement and I asked him to take them off the shelf because I didn� t want the rattling to fall and break, and he took them off for me. Everything look very clean and put away. Also, I use a cane, and Adam saw that the mailman was at my house and didn� t want me to have to walk down to get it. He went and got it and brought it to me which I really appreciated.

From the office staff to the tech, Josh ,who responded to our problem with sump pump, every thing was handled with courtesy and professionalism. Josh not only fixed our problem but also took the time to inspect and explain how best care for the equipment which had been installed to help with our water issues in basement.

Office staff are friendly and courteous. I had a return phone call within three hours where I was able to speak with a knowledgeable and professional field technician. I was able to send a picture of the broken piece and a video of what it was doing directly to the field technician. The technician knew immediately what was wrong and scheduled me for service. Josh came to fix our pump the same day we called for service. He was very professional and was able to get our pump running correctly in a short amount of time. We have been very happy with Everdry and their service department.
