From meeting them at a home show, the three gentleman who came to our house on two occasions, the crew who performed the work at our house and finally the staff at the office, a huge thank you everyone. was very pleasant, professional and made sure we understood each and every step of the process to be done. The staff performed their job in a professional way, they were friendly to speak with but always on task. Mr. Lavaris on the first day of the job introduce himself and staff Mr. Robert ,Mr. Rashod, Mr. Darryl, and Mr. Cruze for a few days. Everyone else stayed for the four days. Each day Mr. Lavaris went over the progress of the work with a short summary of the day. He also explain it in clear details to my wife and I. He went over all the paperwork.

From the inspection to the work, everyone was respectful and informative. Given that we live in the middle of nowhere (East Bethany NY) they were the only company that would even come look at my problems. The only place I would have liked a little more communication was when we were told we were being put on standby for an earlier start date only to wait 4 months and start on our "No later than" date.
