Excellent Customer Service by Loir Layman at Ewing GMC in Plano, TX. I would definetely go back. She took care of my vehicle and kept me updated every step of the way. Everything I asked to be fixed was fixed on time and most everything was covered by warranty. Great Job Ewing.
Ewings sales team and used car team worked together to get the highest trade in possible for me. They were extremely professional in their efforts everystep of the way. Suzanne and Randy worked with me on-line very well. When it was time to sit down and conclude the deal they went to bat for me and did exactly what they said they would on-line. Bought a GMC Acadia and had good help locating the vehicle that matched what I wanted and working out a price. Good delivery of vehicle. Have worked with Steve Forner in Service for 15 years because of his good service. Had a followup with him for installation of tvs in back of seats after delivery.
