I continue to use Ewing because of the way I am treated there. I always feel as if I am part of the family. Randy is a great asset to your dealership and I hope to use hime again when I purchase another vehicle. The finance department is always very professional in their dealings with me, and the service department has never dissappointed me in any way. I wish everyone in North Texas could/would experience the friendly staff at Ewing.
I have used Ewing for my last three purchases, because I feel as if I am family both when I arrive at the dealership and when I drive off with a new vehicle. I feel as if I am always welcome there, even if I don't buy. Randy is a great asset to Ewing and he uses great professionalism when dealing with the customers.
My husband and I traveled from Northeast Texas to Plano because I found the exact car I wanted online and it was located at Ewing Buick GMC. It was the best thing we ever did! To start - I had wanted a Yukon/Tahoe for many years now and was fortunate to not be in the position of needing a new vehicle. I have spent many hours looking at Yukon vs. Tahoes, details, options, prices, reviews, etc. I went into this experience knowing exactly what I wanted. Susan and Tony both were genuinely friendly, extremely helpful in answering all my questions, and addressed all needs during the entire transaction. The entire sales negotiation was low pressure, final price agreement was fair, and even the Financing Process (final transaction) exceeded my expectations and previous experience. Alex Thomas was a new salesman with a lot of enthusiasm for his job . He answered all my questions and if he was not sure of the correct answer he would ask a veteran salesman for help . He did not pressure me at all .I special ordered a Yukon and he kept me informed of the production status . The entire staff was quite knowledgeable and pleasant to deal . I was pleased with the Yukon and the price as my rating indicates .
