Outstanding customer service. Gary Parr went above and beyond to assist us in our purchase. Negotiations were firm but fair. The facility is clean, organized, and pleasant.
I never feel like just a customer, Ewing treats me like family and makes sure all my needs are met.
Brad was expecting me. He had researched the maintenance I needed and provided that to me and had me in and out within 2 hours. It's nice to be expected. The ladies in the checkout and snacks area were nice. The bathrooms were super clean and I had an area to work while I waited! Kudos to the Service Dept!

Kevin made this a simple process. I ordered the part and when it came in, I was able to get it installed the next day, in a Saturday! I had a loaner so I was able to do my Saturday errands, drop off my purchases at home and still had the rest of my day, to enjoy. Now, I may want to trade in my car for one like the loaner!
