Benjamin was an amazing service advisor. Best I have experienced in past 10 years. My Encore GX is finally running like we had hoped for with lots of power. Doesn't sound like hamsters now. Brakes still squeal but I noticed they squealed on the loaner too. Must be a result of design. Thanks for the great service.

Kevin keeps in constant contact, updates the status of vehicle when new info is provided to him. He's Always willing to help hunt down that mystery noise or ghost shimmy that only happen on the third Monday of months that end in Y.
