While getting my brakes checked and oil changed in my Yukon, Rick noticed the past rotor work wasn’t done properly and fixed it at no cost. Also had to take it back the next day for a minor repair and, although it was a very busy Saturday, Jim was able to get the repair done within an hour or so. Very happy with both service advisors.
This is a really super nice dealership. Clean and welcoming. I visited last year, but my lease had a way to go! I was so impressed with the dealership and Suzanne, my salesperson, that when my current lease expired I came back. I found the EXACT car I wanted, the right color and options: 2020 Buick Encore GX. I love it. I highly recommend this dealership!
Rocky at first, but finally got it ! I was ready to purchase when I had made an offer, but it was turned down......I was told they could not come down on price, low and behold, I looked it up again on cargurus, and the price was almost 1000 dollars lower, well I had to jump on it. Thats all I wanted from the start, a lower price. Over all I am very happy with my purchase, and everybody at the dealership was a pleasure. Thank you Oscar Mora for all your help.
