Myself, my husband and my Son have all been here within the last year. Mine ended up being a major medical problem and they caught it and called for ambulance to send me to hospital. Every single employee is so kind! I def recommend Excel ER!!

I came in with a work related injury that required stitches late at night. The staff was friendly, caring and fast. They had me back at work with in an hour. Upon returning to have the stitches removed I again encountered a profesional, courteous staff that had me on my way in a matter on minutes. I recommend these guys to everyone!!! Thank you for services!! My wrist is almost healed completely and it was because of you guys!!!
Brought my husband in to be seen and was amazed at the excellent staff and no waiting time. Never had a better visit to an emergency room before. Dr. Mcwilliams was possibly the nicest and most sincere doctor we have ever met. Thank you so much for the wondrtful advice and an outstanding visit!!! Best experience ever! I woke from a nap in the worst pain I have felt since childbirth. I was very scared. They took me straight back and were very fast with getting me comfortable and finding out what was wrong. The doctor took the time to sit and talk about my diagnosis and the nurses and staff are very kind and caring. I've never had such a wonderful experience in an emergency room. Thank you to everyone who helped me, hands down this is the best place to go if you have an emergency!

We received excellent service at Excel ER. We did have an issue with the billing but it was all worked out by the local medical director who took time to call me personally.
