Good hotel but staff not up to par Staff not able to handle logistics of an Expedia booking and transferring that check out paperwork.

Was close to everything we went to. great eateries. quiet, comfortable easy on & off major hwys.

Good value for the price Room was clean and nice size. Good water pressure. My only complaint is that the bed is too hard (but that is common for me, I have a sleep number bed at home with a setting of 30).

Very nice Need plastic silverware or amenities in the room for guests. Has kitchens but even disposable silverware would be nice.
Nice hotel, BUT.... The hotel was supposed to be "smoke-free," but our room reeked of smoke. We told the manager, but they were so booked that we could not move to another room. We had to Febreze the room, and that still did not take care of the smell. Other than the smell, the room was great.
Convenient to freeway & restaurants had to switch rooms, took 10 minutes to find a bottle of shampoo
Travel nurse I was put in 3-4 different rooms because the rooms were not clean. Sheets were dirty and had been slept on, had hair in the sheets, blankets were not clean, room was not clean, bed was not made, dressers had dirty stuff on them, one room the bathroom had BM in the toilet & bathroom was not clean. I could not get in & out of my room because the key didn't work so the only way I could get in was if the staff let me in, I was told I had to take what ever they had and that I couldn't get my money back because I book... read more
June Wedding Hotel was clean, however the front counters needed to be wiped down and the breakfast bar was empty. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous.
