Ok It was fine for a few days stay, the thing that was not good was the little tv with very few channels, and you had to keep changing the setting to fill the screen and a couple of channels would not change. Right corner of tv said analog terrible!!!!!
Fair price for the stay. Outside appearance is very nice but the inside seems to be lacking the attention it needs.
Room was clean and neat Staff was pkeasant and polite
We were given a handicapped accessible room. It’s bigger but has some drawbacks. The shower is a walk in and the water leaks onto the tile floor. There’s a drain installed in the middle of the floor so I guess this is the design. The shower is really big but it’s cold while showering. The only other negative was you can hear the nearby interstate highway traffic pretty well all hours. Request a room on the side of the hotel that is not adjacent to the highway. The staff were all amazing.
We had several family challenges. They were very respectful and accomodating.
If you're trying to decide between Extended Stay Copley East vs. Copley West i'll break the tie. Copley East is the superior location between the two. At least this is based on word of mouth from the gentleman standing in line before me whilst checking in at the Copley East location. He was traveling for work and was planning on being in town for two weeks. He was having his reservation transferred from the West location to the East location. Great place to stay! The girls who checked me in on Friday afternoon were very pleasant friendly and funny!
Very happy with hotel.Our only complaint is that although it says breakfast on the go it was just coffee and instant oatmeal.
