Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room. But for an extended stay accomodation, it had zero accessories in the room - not even a coffee pot. It seems you have to pay extra for even a fork or dish. That part is not so great.

Friendly staff and smooth check in. Unlike a few economy hotels in the same location (Montrose) who usually charge security deposit even if a guest prepaid a room, the check in here is smooth and friendly. No "security deposit". I booked this hotel for a visitor for one night; the guest liked the hotel a lot.

Spacious room, full fridge and eating area. Small stove. Room was clean. Location convenient. What I didn't like was it is not a continental breakfast. Oatmeal, muffins and breakfast bars only. Coffee only available until breakfast over. Room service only available after 7 days, as it is set up for long term stays. When I asked about dishes, utensil cookware in room was told there is none, but not that I could get by request. I read that on a sign in kitchen area.
