The room was beautiful , and clean ! The staff was amazingly helpful ...... the only problem was the location at night time is kind of hard to see if you have never been there before . I got retained to the wrong spot and had to do a loop , other than that my stay was amazing

Room was great, and the staff was very friendly. I didn't care for the "grab and go" breakfast, and the back door key reader forced me to use the side door on occasion. Also, I had difficulty sleeping because the air conditioner kept the room at a balmy 78 degrees...

While the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean, the kitchen was completely empty. No coffee maker either. I didn’t realize I had to request those items until the morning when I needed them. This is not acceptable. They should already be in the room or, at minimum, have the person checking in explain this.
