Staff great/"Free" Internet not so great Decent for the price, staff friendly and professional. Rooms clean and comfortable but walls paper thin, one neighbor opening and closing drawers all night kept me awake. My main complaint is the quality of the internet connection. Most places when they say "free internet" it's free internet. Here, they turn it on just enough so you technically have a connection, but at dialup-like speeds. Great location, worth $80, no more The staff was polite, the room was clean with the exception of several hairs. Simple breakfast for the morning. The real attraction is being close to the Fairlawn area; you can have a few drinks on the hill and walk back to your room. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. If you can get this hotel for $80 or less it's a deal.

Very nice, neat and clean hotel!! Very well maintained, everything you needed was right there or close by! Felt very safe with security features, very clean and staff very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay there!! I spoke to an elderly woman who has lived there the last thirteen years, so you know it's got to be a good place!! We enjoyed it!!

A fair rating The only thing I could complain about is the location felt kind of isolated and the receptionist was kind of rude. Also I did a laundry load and the machine I used was broken. But not to worry I was re reimbursed for the lost money. That's about it.

Pretty much a horrible experience. The air conditioner didn't even work. We had it the lowest it could go and we were both still uncomfortable. Dishes weren't completely clean, there was food left on a fork. Just yuck!

Clean and comfortable My husband and I were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. We stayed two nights and were a little surprised when we came back to find the room hadn't been serviced, but I guess that is normal for an extended stay hotel. You have to go to the desk to get more towels if you stay more than one night. Bed isn't made for you, etc. The breakfast is "grab and go." Just instant oatmeal packets, fruit, and granola bars. Good deal for the money, tho.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location. Enjoyed my stay as always and already planning another stay.
