Room smelled like cigarettes. The carpet was filthy. Loud noise at 2 am. I get uncomfortable while sleeping.
There were no rooms available after booking with Hotels.com
Desk person could not find reservations. I showed my printed confirmations and numbers .
The hotel is old and outdated. I didnt stay 15 minutes
Do not stay here!!!!!! For the area we were in, this extended stay was embarrassing and atrocious!!! There were roaches, no batteries in the remote, no toilet paper and the door was taped to the hinders room 201!!!! I have NEVER stayed in a hotel like this ever!!! The outside entrance was a MESS! I need a refund!!! We were here for a funeral!!!
Booked a room with 2 beds, got a room with 1. And they said the hotel was sold-out.
