The manager was very rude. Knocked on my door at 10:30. I’ve never had no one. Asked me was I leaving? I’ve worked in establishment of a hotel before I never had the person that runs the front Dess come in a knock on door. It was cheap and affordable but i didnt like that we didnt get any housekeeping we had to call for everything we needed weve been staying for over 2 weeks and i have been cleaning myself you would think that we would get a diacount for how many days we stayed but no we didnt get one and the noise was unbelievably liud and obnoxious and nobody did anything about it supposed to be on tue go breakfast we were lucky to get a granola bar . This is more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. It is labeled no smoking but you could smell weed through our hallway. We were the last room before a side exit which was propped open and unsafe. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet ran constantly. We will not stay here again

I wouldn't know. I reserved 2 rooms and there was an issue with one of them so they moved us to another motel which was under construction. Was not happy. I reserved these rooms over a month ago.

My room had a chirping fire alarm, clogged leaking toilet, no tv remote, and someones dirty underwear left in a drawer. Their initial response was to use a different room with a broken door for the bathroom and they couldnt do anything about any of the issues currently. It wasnt until i said i wanted my money back that they sent someone to plunge the toilet and disconnect the fire alarm not repair it. Very lazy and unprofessional.

Stay away- bed bugs After a 14 hr drive to see my son before deployment to the middle east- I was thankful to arrive at the hotel. Front desk service was fine. Room wasnt immaculate superficially, but fine for our 2 day stay. Ran to a store to grab something to eat & getting ready to sleep after a long day. My daughter has been in hotel housekeeping for years (Hampton inn & Sea Island Resort) and has been extensively trained to inspect rooms- which she did & found bed bugs.
