Disappointed with this stay. The toilet flush stopped working the morning we were checking out. The hotel gives a brochure that says call for kitchen amenities like dishware, vessels, etc and we will deliver it to you. When I called the front desk the operator asked me to come down stairs & handed a few dishware in a spoon holder tray stacked up and asked me to lift it up on my own & said sorry I don’t have extra tray. Horrible! The check in person was really nice, but had trouble finding my information. The hotel is older, but seemed mostly clean. Be prepared that although there is a kitchen, there are NO utensils, plates ,etc. The side exit doors were propped open every time I used them, so that was unsettling. And we didn't get any sleep thanks to the loud rap music next door, and the WWE match up on the 3rd floor. The noise continued literally ALL night!!

There was a bag of trash very close to the front door which was still there when we departed the next day. We had reserved a room with a king bed, but we were told upon arriving that it was not available and would we settle for a queen. We were exhausted, so we relented. Then we learned there was no breakfast to go, no coffee available in the morning. We would have to sign out a coffee maker. It was not a restful or pleasant stay.

I booked the trip on orbitz, was charged when we got there as they said it was not showing up in their system as prepaid. Here to find out the girl was new and didn’t know what she was going and it caused a lot of unnecessary stress with contacting orbitz to get it straightened out.

First off I reserved a room with a king size bed and a oven and stove top but when it was time to check in they said that they did not have the room I wanted
