The hotel needs better staffing with great customer service skills, there was no ice machine, but we were advised to go outside to buy ice from the gas station, I am not sure whether the sheets or the towels made our skin to be irritated and lack of good TV channels. I am not new to this hotel that I had stayed many times before, I had experienced the similar problems from most of the other locations. I just like their locations and feel safe with the hotel.

Okay for a night or two. This facility is okay for the price and location, but needs some TLC and renovations. The elevator reeks of cigarette smoke, and the stairwell could have used a good sweeping. Most of the bedding is beyond it’s useful life. If staying only for a night or two, it’s tolerable, but not really worth the name of the facility - Extended Stay.

Thank you all Brief but meaningful stay! I was comfortable. They just need to ensure they deodorize the rooms after pets residents.

Good for the $80 a night. Ok stay, no one ever seems to be at the front desk. Room was clean, no dishes, glasses, or silverware. Bed was uncomfortable. Heat and AC worked well. Large bathroom with a high shower. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. Plenty of desks and tables. Overall, good for a couple days stay for the price.

Liked the ground level entry. Disliked the reception desk staff, dirty/empty coffee bar both mornings, and no vanity in the restroom.

Liked the over all stay. Felt uncomfortable that there never was anyone at the front desk when needed. The bathtube in my room was clog and had th leave the property without being able to report it because there was no one at the front desk.
