Just there for one night for concert at PPL, and although it's named "extended stay" I don't think we would, because room a bit small for that. But for one or two nights it's fine, has fridge and microwave. We did request an extra pillow that never showed up, but overall it was OK.

The hotel was fine for what we needed, which was a one-night stay on our way to somewhere else. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very professional. However, the carpet in the room was stained and sticky in many places.

The staff were very pleasant and courteous. They were very helpful with advice and with extending the booking.

Although the system was down on the day I checked in, the staff was able to continue with operations for its customers. I do not think that a charge should be given for items left in a bin for kitchen. Nice customer service.

Not Too Shabby The staff was a little unprofessional, but were helpful to solve a few problems that we ran into with our payment. Our room was nice and a fairly good size, appliances in the kitchen were not bad quality. I didn't enjoy having to pick up a dirty, used sponge from the sink with someone's hair stuck to it, but no hard feelings. The WiFi was fast, the TV was great, the bed was comfortable, the shower head was so nice. Parking was pretty easy, which is always nice. An incredibly average stay. Building starting to show signs of neglect, rooms, OK, WiFi was terribly slow, staff non-existent. Location was key for us, which is why we chose this facility, off the highway and close to our destination.

Very convenient location for not only the Lehigh Valley area, but also for going on a cruise (Trans-Bridge bus line to Port Liberty) or for a stop before going to Northern NJ or to NYC. This place is a do-again for us.
