Checked in at 2am weary - computer problems - waited 20 minutes to check in - finally got to the room - no ice in freezer - TV Remote needed batteries. I had to go to desk to get batteries. Room had slight odor - not terrible... For the price it was not horrible.

The room had a bad smell when I walked in. There was no phone in the room to call for any type of room service. The bed was super uncomfortable. It felt like the pillows were just bundled up sheets that were put into a pillow case. When I checked the bed pad, there were plenty of stains on it. And finally, the freezer had mold in it. I really couldn’t wait until my stay was over.

My parents and my son stayed here one night. They informed me the accommodations were absolutely unacceptable. The room had stains in the floor and had an overall unclean appearance. The HVAC system was loud and made noises all night waking my son up ( who was there to participate in an athletic competition so would’ve been nice for him to get a good night sleep). They did say the staff was nice and friendly but if their stay was any longer they would’ve changed hotels. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Nicer than a motel, NOT WORTH $100+ There were 4 of us staying. Only had 4 towels total, if we wanted more, they told us we had to take them to the front desk to replenish them. Breakfast, is coffee/cocoa, and package small muffins/grain bar "to go breakfast" they call it. Sink was clogged, water pressure low, beds we're SMALL AND HARD. I can say the place was clean and rooms recently painted, and a quaint kitchen (if it was stocked)

As a person who has spent many nights in various hotels, I have to say I had an experience here this morning that has left me feeling extremely violated. I had called the front desk called last night and this morning to request a late check-out. I was told last night I need to call back this morning but they could have extended to 11:30.
