Buggy A couple hours after checking in I see something crawl across the tv. I look and it's a cockroach! I asked if there was another room available. There was not so I checked out. I'm not difficult to please, but roaches? No thank You

Booked through Expedia online and upon checking out, the system automatically changed dates to a whole different month. Expedia was able to change the reservation after 2 hours on the phone trying to sort it out and saying they were going to charge us for both bookings due to no mistake of our own. After hours, the entire booking was canceled, my husband ended up sleeping in his car, and we were still charged without refund as of yet. Hotel smells awful, Everything seems dirty This entire hotel reeks of old cigarettes. Like stepping into an old grimy bar. The entire place made me want to take a shower but then my shower didn't seem very clean. The toilet barely flushed. The chairs in my room were gross and dirty. The beds were definitely NOT queen sized as advertised. This place needs some help. Definitely should have a lower rating.

I felt like it was a top hotel, but the impression on the stay at the hotel was in bad taste, because it would look like a public place, waste in bags for more than two days in the hallway and a strong smell of marijuana consumption from the entrance of the hotel to the hallway of my room.

Never again WiFi service didn’t work. I was on the phone with tech support for 45 mins. Desk lamps didn’t work. Key card didn’t work on the 2nd day. Got locked out 3 times. Shower head does what it wants. Water pressure sucked. Tub filled up completely during a shower. Took about 25-30 mins to drain. What was supposed to be a stress free weekend was total opposite.
