Sommer Not good. Not very clean. Beds small. Continental breakfast does not exist - its granola bars and coffee. Heater made noises every 20 minutes. Cops on premises upon arrival. Wont stay here again.

Location near airport good. Did not feel safe, first night non smoking rm, very smoky, frt desk checked and said it was usually marijuana. Wanted to switch hotels, but no availability, one scary looking guy hanging out in lobby tried to reach out and get my arm but was stopped by another just using the laundry , not staying there. Awful experience, but had no choice was there for emergency family death.

The property is poorly maintained and was uncleanly. First, the elevator had grease streaks through my stay. The room was the worst. There was dirty toilet paper in the toilet, public hair all over the bathroom and clip-on nails spread through the room floor. The cleanliness was so bad that I had to go to the local store and purchase cleaning supplies and disinfected the room. I am not a germaphobe nor obsessive compulsive; however, I expect a certain level of cleanliness when staying at a hotel.

We stayed here two different nights on either side of a few days with family. The first room we were in had a very loud fridge. The second room had a very uncomfortable bed. Neither my partner or I slept well either nights. The property needed some maintenance. And the staff were mediocre. The guy who checked us in the first night was slow and bumbling and answered the phone, holding a long conversation, delaying our check in.

Without a doubt, the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. When I took off my shoes, bits of crud from the rug stuck to my socks. There was no blanket on the bed. The towels were stained, and one of them had a curly black hair on it. I tried to complain at the desk, and they told me to take it to Expedia. Then Expedia tried to get my money refunded, and the hotel refused. Stay far, far away!
