Room was not clean had to disinfect whole room myself

Awful. When we arrived the doors were locked so we had to call a service to have someone open the doors. When we finally were able to get in, we didn’t get the room we booked, we got a double room instead. The room was dirty, someone’s dirty socks were left in the room. The checkout was scheduled for 11am but we had someone knocking on our door every 30mins since 8:00am. Don’t reccommend.

Room smelled like smoke so bad my wife had an allergy attack. Walls are so thin I could hear the guy in the next room snoring over the tv. we left within 3 hours of checking in. Clear that we would not be able to sleep we decided to drive the 2 hours back home.

I got here at 1am after 30 hours of international travel and they said I would have to wait to wait until after their audit was completed. 15 min or more !

No cups in room, no washcloths in room, room dirty, uncomfortable beds, worst stay ever, never again

DISGUSTING The hotel was disgusting. Smoke free room smelled of smoke. Cigarette butt found in chair cushion. After a room change the second room smelled better but the bed pads were stained with every color imaginable and small black flecks lay in between the sheets and pad. Mold in the shower stall. But the best was the avocado my granddaughter pulled out of the draw. It was the worlds shorts hotel stay for us... lasting about an hour. Went right to a Hyatt!

Terrible customer service This place was nasty, along with finding gross crusty half eaten string cheese they never replaced any towels or soaps. Their excuse was that the towels were being washed. After I paid to stay until Wednesday at 11 they harassed me to vacate the room then charged me for the same date again and the customer service was so poor the woman was beyond rude to me then threatened to contact the police.
