The only problem was a slow drain in the tub. The staff and services were fantastic! It was all I expected and a great location as well. We will be back again.

Staff was supper nice at check in. Unfortunately our room was dirty. It was dusty and clearly had not been vacuumed. The kitchen area had food crumbs. The sync was dirty. I did tell the front desk girl who was super nice and pregnant..she ended up coming up to our room and quickly dusting and vacuuming.

Don’t do it... book somewhere else. Ok it was my fault. Should have done more research before booking. No housekeeping unless for a fee. The room was ok. However cleanliness was not real good, edges of the carpets, hall ways, elevator, not really clean, dusty. We did not have towels and after asking 3 times needed to go down to the desk and wait til we were actually given towels. Liked - Location to downtown, easy walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Disliked - lack of maintenance on building, leaking tub faucet in previous stay Aug. 13-17 wasn't fixed during the stay. Coffee & muffins not available one morning close to 8:30 because they hadn't been delivered to people working desk or maybe all were consumed. Housekeeping does a poor job maintaining. This place was in a nice area. The hotel looks modern and kept clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The heater and a/c worked great. The TV was big and had all the channels you could want.there was even a channel for things to do in Alaska They give you plates and silverware if you want dinner in your room. The one problem I had was that the room key cards only worked for about 12 hours at a time. I had to keep going to the desk to renew my card twice a day.
