I checked in. The lady at thw front desk was busy talking with a coworker/friend/family member and the other lady was video chatting. Got to my room there was trash on window cell and by tv. Then i went to the pool and it was dirty. When was the last time it was cleaned? There was a towel in the pool too. Was not impressed with this hotel. And the breakfast wasnt really a breakfast. My bed was hard too. Didnt get much sleep.

Staff was unhelpful, arrived at 8 pm to check in and the staff member at the front counter acted bothered that she needed to work. She did not inform me of any of the hotel services (WiFi, breakfast or parking). The location is good for walking to downtown. But it also has a lot of questionable people hanging around the hotel. The type of place that makes you grab everything from your car because you are almost certain it will be busted into. This is probably the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was very clean! Advertised breakfast is coffee and muffins or oatmeal. There was a large table in the room and good work chairs.

I will not recommend this place to any one The room they gave us was dirty and had to move us to a smaller room. Not like what we wanted. The heater would not adjust off of the hi setting. It stayed at 80 degrees, could not turn down the temp. The place is always locked down day and night.
