They didn’t change the heat to ac until I complained after a night of sweating. Hair balls and crumbs all over the floor. Blood on the sheets.

This location was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and gave a great recommendation for seafood restaurant.

Employees are trying with what is supplied Hotel is kept up nice by employees but no blow dryers in room and small quantity available. We could never get one. Parking is limited. Not enough for hotel guest, so had to park in Street. Thankfully we were there on weekend or we would have had to pay. Not very sound proof room. Someone above us was exercising or something above and we heard thumping for an hour straight. I’ve always liked staying here since it is situated Downtown and the staff are always friendly and makes sure the stay was comfortable, rooms are always comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, for this trip I was given a different room(I guess it would be my fault since I didn’t check the room when I arrived, but they have always been awesome in the past stays and didn’t have the need for it, and I’m sure I ended signing saying it had a single bed because we just sign things when we are in a hurry.) The outside was well kept. The employees were nice and polite. The floors were horrible! It did not look like they ever vacuumed. Even on the day they were supposed to clean the room, they did not vacuum it. The fan on our A/C did not work. The cold air blew about only 5 inches from the vent. We told them about it the first morning. They sent some handy man and he could not fix it. He just set the thermostat on 50. It still did not help because the fan was not blowing.
