Great laundry great room Great room. Nice place to wash our laundry before getting on a cruise ship.

biggest room Like the room and the amenities... It can fit perfectly for 2 adults and 2 kids. The laundry room just next to the services area, easy to use.

The staff is very nice and helpful. However, the bathroom was dirty with old soap stuck to the soap holder and there was dog hair all over the pull out sofa bed my kids were sleeping on. The pull out sofa is tiny as well so if your kids are older than 10, then they will definitely be uncomfortable. Overall, the room served its purpose, but small changes in the room and cleanliness would have made a huge difference in my rating choice.

A little hairy Overall this place was great. Could have been a little cleaner. I found hair in the bed the kitchen sink and the fridge but the staff was so friendly and it is so close to downtown. I was very pleased.

Kind of a dive but staff was kind The hotel room itself was clean but the hotel was dingy. No ice machines and you pretty much have to ask for everything at the front desk (we were a reservation for 4 but only 2 towels and 1 washcloth in room) but staff was nice. I wouldn't stay there again though. It was only slightly less expensive than other hotels.

Functional The hotel was functional. However, during our four night stay, not once did we get any room service. Trash can was not emptied, towels not changed, nor beds made. I had to ask for extra soap when we ran out, and we had to empty our own trash can. It was a good place to sleep in but clearly not for lounging around.

dated hotel in great location This hotel is very dated. it cost us a about $185 per night for the studio. the condition was not impressive, but could have been worse. It reminded me of a hotel 6 inside. breakfast was cheap muffins, coffee and granola bars. room only provided 2 towel, no washcloths, 1 pillow without a pillow case, 1 on inside out. the pros is the bed was comfortable and everything worked that we needed in the room. location fit us well for the marathon.
