helpful staff They have a shuttle service to the hotel which was nice ,although it's not 24 hours. The staff was helpful when I needed a boarding pass and the computer was down by using their own printer. Good clean rooms.

Very pleasant experience! Room was very nice and well-equipped! The bed was one of the most comfortable I've encountered in a hotel or motel (AND it turned out to be a king instead of a queen!). The staff was polite and very friendly. We were sorry we did not have time to make use of the pool or spa, which looked very nice also. Most of all, we were very pleased to be able to bring our small dog with us, and she was very much at home. Nice downtown hotel The hotel was in excellent condition and clean. Parking was the pits-had to pay $10 extra or park on street. Breakfast was a joke-a choice of 4 apples, granola bars and 3 teeny muffins. Great place to stay if you want to visit downtown Anchorage and eat out.

It was OK. My only problem was one of the beds were not right, it was slanted and wobbled. Mattresses were comfortable but bed frame was not so great.

Poor front desk service I checked it not needing a parking permit until later on around an hour later I had asked for one and he has said that he had none left to park on the road when the parking lot had lots of slots open and he was on his iPod/ iPhone. I felt like he was ignoring me.

GOOD CLEAN NO SMOKING SMELL AT ALL! We were pleased that the room had absolutely no smell of lingering smoke at all! Also, we were surprised there was a kitchenette (apartment-sized fridge, 2-burner stove top, sink, microwave, coffee maker w/coffee and tea, toaster and silverware, pots and dishes). We were on the 2nd floor and there was a washer and dryer on our floor. Front desk staff pretty friendly.
