Great for an overnight stay Cheap room, clean, a little compact but I feel like I got what I paid for. Wanted to go swimming but didn't have time!

CUSTOMER SERVICE The gentleman who checked us in wasn't helpful. He was using his phone in the back room and wouldn't acknowledge or even ignored the fact that I was standing at there. I also wasn't able to contact the front dest with my room phone because "he left the phone on". other than the lack of customer service, I enjoyed my night.

Great hotel for price Paid $75 for one night in a non-smoking king bed room. Small room, all the amenities needed for your extended stay experience. The room was clean, but had an overwhelming febreeze smell. Windows opened, so I was able to air it out. Staff was great, no noise complaints, good location in downtown Anchorage. Would stay again for price.

good place to stay hotel is on the fringe of downtown but easy 5-10 minute walk to just about everything; continental breakfast included with the room price is okay, not great; of the four front desk personnel I dealt with, two were very friendly, polite, and well informed of where things were in the town, one seemed to know quite a bit but acted like dealing with people was a bother, one was willing to assist but really didn't seem to know a whole lot (a question like 'where's a good restaurant?' got responses from "this pl... read more

Nice people, cozy place The staff were every friendly and everything - key cards, internet log-in, checking out - operated smoothly. They were very accommodating as far as flexible booking and overall helpfulness. I will be returning.

Convient place to stay for one night Rooms were large and clean. Relatively new condition. Disappointed with the breakfast as there wasn't really any good beyond plain instant oatmeal and granola bars, however rooms are equipped with full kitchen where Yu could in theory make your own breakfast. Convenient location in Anchorage downtown. Staff were friendly.
