It’s was not clean a much of trash

Place was not livable , rooms are in terrible conditions, no window curtains, stained sheets no blankets , broken restrooms sink plus a horrible stench and peeling paint on the walls , room looked like an abandoned apartment I could not believe anyone would be allowed to rent out this hotel

The room was extremely dirty. I had black feet, just from going from shower to the bed. "Kitchen" appeared to never have been cleaned. Furniture partially broken. Bathroom door did not close. No safety lock on room door. Enough ?? Could Tell more If there was more time !!

Property has many cleanliness and maintenance / upkeep issues.

Wore down property, roaches, dirty sheets and towels, no hot water, quality and condition was very poor. Do not stay here. Unsafe conditions on property with with people roaming around all hours of the night screaming and fighting.

Front receptionist was so nice & respectful. I am glad I was able to see the room before paying for it. When we walked in the room it smelled so bad & it looked so dirty. There’s seemed to be a lot of homeless around. I was glad I was able to walk back to the office & cancel my reservation.
