Terrible Stay!!!!!! Roaches for days and I had no hot water the office worker didn’t care very inconsiderate of guest

Worse place ever The first thing when we got to the Hotel we were told they didn’t have any rooms available. We had reservations. The Desk Clerk did not try to help situation. He was useless. Called the number on itinerary to get help. The Lady offered to find another room at a different Hotel. Ok. Now we have to drive to another place. It was already after eight pm. Wasn’t able to get pictures but the room was nasty white bed sheets had blood stains , the refrigerator was nasty over 0/10 room request my money back and didn’t stay
