Did Not Get Room I paid for Paid for King bed and room for 2 people and was given a queen bed room. Very unhappy and dissatisfied!

EXTENDED STAY TUNNEL RD, ASHEVILLE, NC The most stinking hotel I've been to. The receptionist was nice enough to transfer us to another room that did not stink as bad as room 131. But the hotel is so unpleasant as a whole. Dirty carpets, smells bad everywhere you go. This hotel needs to be imploded!

Enjoyed the Kitchen,EVERYTHING ELSE was unpleasent. Never going back. The hotel is in a very hard to find location but found thanks to google maps. Not marked at all off the main road and it's right of the main road yet you still can't see it. The hotel was Old and dirty and smelt of Mayonaise.. Some kind of crazy sandwhich feind of some sort I would assume. Got my non smoking room and wow! The room smelt like smoke. The good, the bad and the really ugly The hotel is in need of a VERY DEEP CLEANING. The staff is unresponsive to correcting noisy tenants. Our room was on the second floor, and Latin American residents on the 3rd floor played "socker" in the 3rd floor hallway from approximately 7 to midnight for the 3 nights we were there. We complained to the hotel staff on three occasions, and they did not correct the situation. The halls and stairways for the three days went uncleaned (mud and debris).

average location NO HOTEL SIGN IN THE MAIN ROAD. No morning breakfast compared to other hotel business

Not so sure Room and hallways smelled dank and moldy which ruined experience

you get what you pay for! smelled weird in the hallways and the A/C made loud clicking noises. Had to be moved to another room because of it and A/C in other room made same noises, but not as loud.
