Worst motel stay ever. Room was not clean and had to change rooms.

I wouldn't The first room I was assigned had such a strong odor I needed to change the room immediately. The room I stayed in really could have used a carpet shampoo. I was not impressed.

Staff: Arrived at the Extended Stay America hoping for an early check-in, but it wasn't available. The staff member took my phone # to call when the room became available. Upon re-arriving at the Extended Stay America the staff member (name Seven) told us that the room was no longer available but he could put us in a smoking room (unacceptable due to allergies). Stephen at the front desk is horrible. My friends stayed here. The breakfast bar was closed down 1/2 hr early. When asked about why it was closed down early and could they please get some food, Stephen the front desk guy got belligerent and called the police saying he "didn't feel safe". My friends are over 50, pacifists, and very sweet people with grandchildren who are not about to cause trouble. Extended stay needs extended repairs The ceiling was poorly patched up with pink plaster. The shower walls were dirty. There is no room service. There is no shampoo. Refrigerator smelled.

not so good.... I requested a non smoking room when I booked through hotels.com. Upon arrival I was told that I had requested a smoking room. The hotel was fully booked so I took the room thinking how bad could it be. When stepped off the elevator, I noticed a terrible odor. The room did not smell any better. The room was run down and there was cigarette ashes in the floor. I looked at my reservation confirmation and I had in favt requested a non smoking room. Will Not Stay There Again We received a smoking room although a non-smoking room was booked. The breakfast consisted on grab and go and at 9AM the majority of the items were all gone. The hotel was outdated. I will not stay there again.

Lieber nicht Das Zimmer war verschmutzt, ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Bettwäsche noch vom Vorgänger war. In der Klimaanlage lagen Zigarretten(non Smoking room). Das Zimmer hatte beim ersten betreten die Lungen gereizt( nicht nur meine) Die Klimaanlage war laut. Die Fenster ließen sich zum Glück öffnen. Nicht empfehlenswert!
