abbreviated stay the htoel was tuck away in the most curious location making it difficult to find. Asoon as I saw what they called a queen size bed I knew we were in trouble. it was more like a double whose mattress had seen better days. The staff were friendly and curteous. it is an exetended stay type hotel and unfortunately smelled like one in the hall ways.

kind of a cheap hotel. pillows were nasty. no shampoo. pets are allowed so room was a bit smelly. i would not stay there again.

Horrible experience! Hotel was in poor condition.......things dirty or broken and attitude of staff was appalling!

This hotel was gross! I don't usually comment on hotels as I find a bed is a bed and a hotel is a hotel! But, not this one! We asked for a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room that they obviously had tried to air out! The room smelled horrible, there was no mattress pad on the bed, the sheets were thin and didn't look clean. Overall, I found I was grossed out upon everything about the hotel!

Extended Stay away For the record it was not a bad stay with a dog, ample room for my Lab to run and play but the extra $$ a day wasn’t told to me until after I had checked in and Hoteldotcom charges were a done deal and no refund was available. The place does not smell well, not just smoke but mildew and pet odors. Extended Stay America I would have rather paid a little more for a hotel with computer access and a work out room. It was 25 degrees in the morning, I couldn't go out for a jog or workout. I've stayed in hotels that cost a lot less that had a workout room. They wanted to charge for Wi-Fi, McDonald's was FREE. Also, just because you spray a lot of air freshener, it doesn't make the hotel clean. The hotel staff looked unprofessional. not at my expectation I would rather say it is not as comfortable as they have shown.....carpets are wet and very stinky cooking vessels.......with lots......lots of dirt.....and the bedding is also not comfortable.....all over I had a bad experience with this hotel.....
