not a place I would return to While I had a late arrival, the condition of the lobby was disappointing at best, no one on duty, and a note telling one to call a number on the courtesy phone.. Wouldn't be so bad, but there was no phone in the lobby and the only one I could find, in the front door area, was not working... Dirty Management would not even attempt to put us in a non-smoking room. The room was very dirty and the front desk was very unhelpful.
Hairy Shower!! The hotel was under renovation so there was a little construction noise and some dust, But thats understandable and no big deal to me. The problem was the cleanliness of my room. The shower had long strands of black hair stuck to the wall, not just a few strands either. I dont even understand how they could have gotten there. I I cannot see how this could have been overlooked, but it was disgusting. That and the family of dead stinkbugs laying on the windowsill tell me housekeeping was not doing a thorough job... read more
Smoking room turned into a non-smoking room. Smelled horrible.

Roaches Facility was run down and there was a cockroach in our room.

We checked out in 5 minutes, hotel was horrible.
A SAD PLACE THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED. RENOVATIONS ARE NEEDED TO MAKE ANYONE FEEL COMFORTABLE; SMELL OF MOLE, CARPET WAS NOT CLEAN, THE BED PILLOW CASES HAD STAINS ON THEM, THE SHOWER HEAD WAS RUSTED, AND THE SHOWER CURTAIN WAS FILTHY.
