We love the location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have kids and dogs and they were very comfortable. My issue is that we smell weed while walking in the hallway. I also think that the kitchen should have a coffeemaker and appliances should be updated.

Healthcare worker House keeping never came in my room the time of my stay. I was at the hotel for 3weeks front desk staff was very nice. The hotel was quite.

Not fancy but clean and nice and the staff was awesome! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! It was perfect for my needs and they made me feel right at home. Great staff!

I liked that it was close to restaurants and the Biltmore Estate, and parking was close by, however they did not have a remote control for the TV or anything in the kitchen for us to use including a coffee pot. We had to ask for everything even though I called the day before to confirm our room and the items for the kitchen...We had to pick up our towels and bag the used ones and bring them to the front desk and pick up cleans ones at the front as well.
