Asked for two extra pillows. Front desk gave my GF one? Absolutely abysmal customer service in that regard.

I can say the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy but i did not appreciate the previous occupant tooth paste nor trash and potatoes and i am wondering what he cooked them in. No coffee maker?! The first Extended Stay we stayed in was new so i guess it would not be fair to compare this property to it.

For the life of me, I can't recall her name but I think it was Debra or Karen? Front desk person for the evening and first thing in the morning of my departure. What a GEM!!! I cannot thank her enough for taking care of my Biscuit! Will stay here again. Forgive me for not remembering her name, but please let her know how much she was appreciated! She was awesome!!
