Smoky smell Room smelled like stale smoke. otherwise a nice hote.

Reasonable Price for Area for a Night Just fine for a place to stay the night. Different experience than other Extended Stay America locations
Nice property - Great Customer Service!! I arrived extremely early into town and took a risk to see if they would allow me to check in several hours early -- they did. After several days of travel (via train from California), I was beyond appreciative that they let me into my room and did not even charge me the additional fee to do so. My only downside with the room was that I found water marks on the bedside table, which made me think that my room was not thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast buffet offsets room rates! The location, cleanliness, and comfort of the Days' Inn is hard to beat for the price here in Asheville. The daily breakfast makes this a no-brainer; take what you think this free breakfast would cost you in any eating establishment per person, subtract that amount from the cost of every individual's room, and you've got the real nightly rate.
