We were greeted by a nice older man at the front desk. He gave us our keys and we went to our room. We were informed at check-in that the hotel was smoke free. When we went into the room there was an overpowering smell of stale smoke. We put on the air but the smell was very intense. My husband and I used to be smokers so we weren’t 100% turned off by the smell but it was still very noticeable. The room was clean and the bathroom was too. Great stay! Hotel was better than expected & very reasonable for the price. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Location is only minutes from downtown Asheville.

Smoky smell Room smelled like stale smoke. otherwise a nice hote.

Reasonable Price for Area for a Night Just fine for a place to stay the night. Different experience than other Extended Stay America locations
Nice property - Great Customer Service!! I arrived extremely early into town and took a risk to see if they would allow me to check in several hours early -- they did. After several days of travel (via train from California), I was beyond appreciative that they let me into my room and did not even charge me the additional fee to do so. My only downside with the room was that I found water marks on the bedside table, which made me think that my room was not thoroughly cleaned.
