As far as the cleanliness, it was good. The shower could have been better. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. My husband has asthma so it flared up. Also, I thought I was getting a king size bed but it was a double bed. For 249.00 I expected it to be perfect. I will not be staying there again.

I stay in ESA all over the US and always very pleased with everything everytime. Being a drummer i like to stay in the room closest to the side door on the 1st floor because its much more convient to carry my gear inside for the night. I made reservations 2-3 weeks ago and as usual requested the same room. Was told it was documented for when i arrived. I called 2 more times to make sure of no changes and called the night before. Every time was told it would be no priblem. I arrived about 2 hrs before checkin and had to wait ... read more

They say they have breakfast but all they have is a stand with coffee, muffins and granola bars to eat in your room. Mattress was not the most comfortable one. AC/heat unit and the fridge was very noisy, and you could also hear the person in the next room.
